General Overview of the Music Curriculum

Students at Victoria will learn how to....

Grades 5-6:  Assemble and play the clarinet, trumpet and violin.

Grades 3-4:  Sing,  play  the recorder and rhythm instruments.

Grades 2-1: Sing, learn movement songs and games and world drumming.

Students in Grades 4-6 are also eligible to join the Victoria Voyager Band.

Where they can learn any of the following instruments:  flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, baritone, electric bass, bells, and percussion (snare drum, bass drum, and cymbal).

Victoria Elementary's Class Act Family Night will be held on:

Thursday, March 24th in the Victoria MPR

Also Victoria's Bravo Assembly to show the Class Act Musicians what they have learned will be held on:

Thursday, April 7th @ 9:00am.
